Yes. The team handles the migration end-to-end. We provision the new container, move the database + files, set up DNS, and issue a fresh Let's Encrypt certificate. Most migrations finish in under a day.

Yes. Customer data is hosted in our data center in Palitana, Gujarat. Backups stay in India. We do not replicate customer data outside India. Legal jurisdiction is the Republic of India. 99.9% monthly uptime on container + dedicated plans. S3 storage carries a 99.9% SLA per the published plan spec. Planned maintenance is announced 48 hours in advance via WhatsApp.

30 days from your first invoice. Full refund, no questions asked. After 30 days we prorate the unused full months of the subscription. Setup fees (if any) are non-refundable.

Yes. Point your domain's DNS at our load balancer, and we issue a free Let's Encrypt certificate automatically. Domain registration is not offered in v1, but you can register one with any provider and bring it here.

Yes. The Managed support add-on (Rs 500/mo) upgrades any Apps T1-T10 plan to fully managed. We admin the container, monitor the health, and replace failed deployments.

INR. The published prices on the plan pages are the contract price. We do not bill in USD; foreign customers see the INR equivalent on their credit card statement at the current FX rate.

Email hello@webhost24.in. We provide a full database dump + object-storage tarball in your preferred format. We sign a data-destruction certificate after the export.

We email the change to your billing contact at least 30 days before the effective date. Material changes get a banner on the dashboard + a blog post.

Yes, on a Linux Dedicated L3 or L4 instance. K8s is free; the cluster it runs on is not. A small dev cluster (1 control plane + 2 workers) costs Rs 12,000-15,000 / month on L2. A production cluster costs Rs 80,000-1,00,000 / month on 2-3x L3.

Yes, the @astrojs/node standalone adapter ships with a reverse-proxy layer. For multi-instance workloads we add a 1 Gbps L4 load balancer for Rs 2,000 / month. SSL is included.

Yes. The S3 Standard tier ships with a built-in CDN at no extra cost. We cache static + dynamic content at the India edge. We do not bill for egress to the public Internet.
