## CTA attribution (todo.md C18, 2026-09-22)

- Every WhatsApp CTA on the site appends a default UTM
  scheme: `utm_source=webhost24&utm_medium=cta&utm_campaign=<slugified-planType>`.
  Callers can override via `whatsapp-url.ts` `utm`
  overrides (e.g. newsletter CTAs use
  `utm_source=newsletter-2026-09&utm_medium=email&utm_campaign=...`).
- Enterprise surfaces (`/pricing`, `/hosting/bareMetal`,
  `/hosting/database`) also expose a Calendly placeholder
  CTA (`https://calendly.com/webhost24/15min`). The handle
  is centralised in `CALENDLY_DEFAULT_HANDLE` (todo.md C42)
  and swaps to the live handle once CSO creates the account.
